2nd Annual Mopar Nats B-B-Q at TomZ's Aug 11th

Saturday of the Mopar Nats, Aug 11th, at my house again (1 mile from Brice and Main). For sure, Carne Asada burittos will be on the menu again. I'm looking for suggestions and an idea of who wants to show up. If the response is good, possibly a little help. Vinny and Jason (Diablo0), will sing my B-B-Q skillz praises, lol. Let me know what time Saturday will work the best for the most people. Columbus area people: if this gets big, I'll need your help. Thanks,

Tom's burittos are GREAT!

I'm going to try and make it up there this year for it so if I can I'll be at your place for sure!

I dunno if Vinny is going this year, he said he might but might just go to hang out on Brice Rd. and thats it... not sure...

Since no one is suggesting a time, I'll decide: 3 PM, 'till we're done. That way you can eat, then check out the Brice Rd cruising action. WARNING: Due to the unfortunate accident earlier this summer with street burnouts, the rumor here is there will be ZERO TOLERANCE for burnouts. Be careful.

well this ghey problem that I am having with this roll pin is keepin me from rollin, but If I can remedy it I'll be down, I know matt and brandon told me about

yea thats nothing out of the usual for good ole Reynoldsburg Police, they are usually anal about that stuff anyway just Like Gahanna police..

hey jason, I think hes talkin about when that drag car or w/e it was was doin a burnout and went into the crowd and killed like 9 ppl I think.

No idea... I'll probably hit up the event at the strip, walk through the swap meet, check out the cars... pickup an STS from Chuck (Maddog), head over to Toms for some grub, Brice road... who knows what. Kinda just play it by ear...

yea I prolly cant hit up the strip because....... Money>Me

But If things go well I should be able to show up for some grub [even though I feel weird just showing up at places where Ive never met anyone b4]. Where are you staying at anyway?

Don't feel weird, last year's BBQ was first time I met several people I'd only known on-line before. Please don't let that stop you.

Yeah dude, don't feel weird... just think of it as any other Neon meet

Yea your stayin up by mag. Nice lil 20 min drive to where tom is. You usually stay out that way when your in town for the nats?

Last year I didn't stay anywhere since I lived in Cincinnati and just drove up there on Saturday. It's a ways away from Nats but I'm coming up to visit some friends as well and they live in the Dublin area so it's easier for me to just stay there instead

Looks like a dozen or so. Some that have said they will won't, and some that haven't committed will show, you know how it goes.

hey guys ive been lookin to come to a meet and this sounds perfect cuz i live in strongsville...about an hour from cbus...im new to the site and everything...so i dont know anyone here really...would it be cool with the host if i came and joined you guys
also if anyone else is driving from this area close by and wants to cruise together feel free to send me a message

Absolutely, you're welcome to come! One of the cool things about this BBQ is how people actually get to meet in person.
