Uhhh.... not to be a -huge- dick, but I've seen mint SRT's, no damage, clean title, in 10x better condition than that, with more mods, go for less.

I was hoping to see this in a much lower price range actually. I might be able to pull a loan out of my ass for a cheap srt.

Anyways, best of luck man. Best of luck.

it will cost me $200 to replace and repaint the fender and fix the rip in the bumper cover so I guess I'll have to do that first before selling is all...

...but hey, if you can get one with way more mods and the right mods for roadracing like mine, GO FOR IT!!!

I'll either wait for the right buyer, or part back to stock and sell for less closer to stock (because I'm not about to cut out the welded in chromoly portion for obvious reasons)

The chro-moly rollbar alone would cost someone over $1250 installed!

YES!!! The car is for sale AS IS

Is it just me or does anyone else find it a bit silly to join a car forum, post pics for all the Neonphiles to drool on then post it for sale 2 days later because a SRT-4 just isn't doing it for 'em anymore, they'd rather have something else?
I think this is like the third or fourth time I've seen this since I joined which wasn't that long ago.

Personally I'd like to see it driven til it blows up, the tires fall off, or you get banned for not being able to be beaten whichever comes first! But if you think that as a driver you have done all you can with your lowly SRT-4 then I guess do what you must.

You cant go to a club race and not have other spec miata's to run aginst, road racing is only fun if you are racing in the same way that drag racing is only fun if you are blind or retarded  .

Miatia's might just take over the world, saw a black 2gn with cream top and interior just beging to be torn out

sorry.. but I was owned by a spec miata at Roebling Road back in March and then I got a chance to drive one myself and was very impressed and have been on the lookout ever since.. I keep missing out on sales (because they sell fast when FS).. so meanwhile I keep enjoying my SRT4

If I could afford to have an SRT4 AND Miata, I would.. cause I do love the SRT4 still...

..but I miss RWD and like the SPEC class available for roadracing/comp.. and it just doesn't exist for the SRT4 (not enough people roadracing them.. at least not yet).. and not a spec SRT4 class available

..BTW: I was in my former 993 when I got owned by a very good spec Miata driver in his miata at Roebling road and it gave me a newfound respect for Miata's... but at the time I hadn't even taken my SRT4 to a track yet..

I have seen several spec miatas run down (well dirven) 911's at the track, it is kind of sad to see SM evolve into a NASCAR style "how much can you spend" type of racing. Spec neon 4 eva

if only they bring 2nd gen into the spec race class, then things could be different for the SRT4 perhaps!

Do you really believe that?

I bet John Force, Allen Johnson and a host of other Pro drag racers would beg to differ.

Its harder to control 700+hp in a straightline than it is to control 250hp around a few turns. [/arguement]

Really though, all you guys that claim drag racing is easy, I'd like to see you handle something with over 600lb-ft of torque on tap at the hit of the throttle. Something tells me you'd probably shit yourself trying to keep it in a straight line.
