First off. Contacted Mr. Buck back in November 08 showing interest in his Srt spoiler he had for sale. After a few messages, i was officially buying the spoiler. He agreed to take it in 2 payments of 70 USD (total of 140USD = 186.48 CAD at the time), but would not ship out til all money was received and into his bank account (makes sense) Sent him my first 70 on Nov 11 and the next 70 sometime just before x-mas. He then told me that the spoiler would soon be shipped out along with another buyers lip kit. Well christmas had passed and i still had not received my tracking number that i requested. he then had told me that the spoiler was not shipped out because his car was hit in a snowstorm by some other car and it was now in the shop getting repaired. He even offered to send pics of the car for proof, but i told him no need i believe him, as long as it was being sent soon. The whole month of december it was excuse after excuse. the new year comes around and i then ask where my tracking number is. he had told me that he has the tracking number, but with his careless-ness and messy room/car misplaced it. i told him as a seller, he is entitled to ensure that the buyer is satisfied and informed about any changes/problems etc etc. am i not right? he apologized and what not "once again". fair enough. after a couple days i asked again. (never got a reply for almost a week but noticed he was posting in other threads and what not so obviously was getting my messages). i checked with other members of the forum who have purchased or sold to him (actually think they are in this feedback-thread right now lol) and they told me that he was legit and what not so it boosted my confidence again. he finally replied to me and told me that he was going have to tare his room apart and his car and find it. i said alright well if not than i would like my money back. he then told me ya alright sounds good but im telling you man its shipped out. its now almost the month of february and i still hadn't had a tracking number. he then told me that he was going go down to USPS and request the tracking number again. he then told me that night (friday) that they would be calling him and giving him the new number later on that evening. well he still hadn't gotton it by the end of that night. he said well they said if they didnt call me than they'd be emailing me the new number because they were kinda busy down there today. i said new number.. why., he goes i dunno thats just what they told me... i knew right then that this was a joke.. why would they issue a new tracking number for an item already shipped out.. makes no sense. they have tracking number for a reason.. TO TRACK DUH... so anyways i told him after it didnt even arrive on saturday that something has to happen. im sick of waiting. so he said alright if you dont have the tracking number by monday then im going to go down to USPS and demand it right then and there or im going to go crazy. thats what he said to me. i said ok lol.. well monday he didnt have it to me cuz "he had to work". so i cut the line here. i said to him if i dont have the tracking number by the end of the week i was going to do a dispute on paypal and request my money back. well he said you will ahve it by friday. well friday came and i didnt have it. said dude im sorry but i never got a chance to go get it it today i was really busy. i said dude i already sent a request for my money back on paypal. (mind ya i would have been losing money since the CAD was higher than when i sent my money) the request was then cancelled on saturday and he said alright man if you dont have it by 2pm my time than i will personally give you 200cash and when the spoiler gets there you keep both THAT WAS HIS WORD!!!. anyways i waited and waited and when 3pm my time 2pm his time came along there was no tracking number, 4pm my time 3pm his time still none.. it was 4:05 my time when he gave me the tracking number and he told me that it would not be active on the site for tracking it til later on because it was a new number. (made no sense to me because they obviously would know where the spoiler wouild have to be in order to give a tracking number) but i checked anyways and thats what it told me too. so i waited and waited and then checked again. the message i got was along the lines of "your item has been accepted at our location in bellvue or belleville ohio. I SNAPPED RIGHT THEN AND THERE. called Mr. Buck's number and his mother answered. I asked for him and she said he was not there. I said well could you ask him that adam needs to talk to him ASAP. she said.. are you the one that purchased his spoiler. i said yup. she goes oh ok he took that up today. i was like alright.. well do you have a rough time he be home. she goes hold on ill go get him now. he came on the line and he still continued to lie. said to me that his mom knew that he didnt send out a spoiler that day it was paintball stuff that she went with him to send out. (i mean some women arent that intelligent when it comes to parts for cars but to not know the difference between a spoiler and paintball gear.. come on) anyways so i continued to ask questions and kept getting excuses. i quoted him his own message about the 200 dollars if i didnt have tracking number by that time (he denied). i mean that would have been nice, but i wouldnt have accepted that, not fair to him i get a free spoiler. anyways we came to a deal that he would give me 50 dollars for the grief. but he had to wait til he got paid (this past friday feb 20). still no signs or contact with him. the spoiler arrived at my post office on feb 16 and i picked it up on the 17th. opened the SHITTY packed spoiler and all looked good no scratches no cracks. BUT failed to realize one of the bolts was/is cracked off til tonight when i went to install it. i thought mmm maybe its in the box so went and looked. well not there. so looked again see how it may have broke off.. well definately wasnt during shipping because the bolt was rusted on the end (not a fresh brake). Anyways i messaged him, texted him and still have not gotton replies. Just thought id share my over 4 month dealings with Mr. Buck and his games/lies/excuses and scams. Hope you all have better luck, but i wont be buying from again.

well this is just ridiculous, im the buyer mentioned in the above post who bought the lip kit, i started messaging justin in December about the lip kit that he had, came down to me buying it and i sent a 150 dollar money order IN DECEMBER he said he recieved the money but fed ex and ups wanted more to ship it than the orriginally quoted him but he was gonna cover it since it was his mistake... so im a nice guy, u know shit happens so i agreed to wait. about 2 weeks go buy no kit so i text him and message him and he tells me he shipped it when i asked for the tracking number he told me he had lost it in his room, but he would get it for me, so i waited got nothing! contacted him and he said he was sorry and would figure something out, well he said he called them to get the tracking number but he guesses they miss understood him and they returned the kit to his post office, ok again im a nice guy so im like damn this sucks and he agrees to ship the kit and refund me the 50 bucks for shipping, this has gone on for three months now, he was supposed to ship it this friday FEB 20, when he got paid but i have not talked to him since thursday!!

i think what he does and its obvious is the fact that he gets buyers like us to pay for the items, then he uses that money and goes spends it on parts that he wants and then has no money to send them out. like seems like his mom gave him the money to send me the spoiler. well this has to be put to an end.

Comments on the transaction: BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a set of taillights from Jbucky05 which were damaged. He took 3 pictures (this is one of them) before shipping.

I was foolish and didn't ask him to take pictures of the back of the tailights. Also, I didn't notice the chip on the taillight at the top right of the photo. Well, upon receiving the shipment I realized that the housing lens plastic was very damaged. It wasn't due to shipping, because there were no plastic parts in the box. Here are my pictures:

There is no possible way that this happened during shipment. I have contacted Jbucky05 multiple times and he denies that he shipped me taillights which were broken, even though in the original photos HE provided there is evidence that they were chipped. I will now have to submit a claim with both Paypal and my credit card company.
PLEASE think twice before doing business with this dishonest forum member.

I will also be leaving negative feedback on both this forum and paypal.
There is no way they were damaged during shipping. There wasn't a single plastic piece in the box when I received it, and it was shipped properly.

I received the tallights. Honestly, I'm not satisfied with them. The left taillight is missing an entire section of plastic (which I couldn' tell from the pcitures you initially took), and has a chip in it. Also, while I appreciate you taking the time to tint the taillights, it wasn't a very good job. The main problem is that I don't feel like you were entirely honest about the condition the taillights were in (mainly the left taillight). I would have never purchased them if I knew it had a chip in it and that it was missing an entire section of plastic. So I'd like to return them for a refund. How much did you pay for shipping? If I return them I'd like to be refunded what I paid, minus shipping. And I won't leave any negative feedback on the feedback section...

I was foolish and didn't ask him to take pictures of the back of the tailights. Also, I didn't notice the chip on the taillight at the top right of the photo. Well, upon receiving the shipment I realized that the housing lens plastic was very damaged. It wasn't due to shipping, because there were no plastic parts in the box. Here are my pictures:

There is no possible way that this happened during shipment. I have contacted Jbucky05 multiple times and he denies that he shipped me taillights which were broken, even though in the original photos HE provided there is evidence that they were chipped. I will now have to submit a claim with both Paypal and my credit card company.
PLEASE think twice before doing business with this dishonest forum member.

ok now that bs i shipped perfect and no damage to anything listed that is bogus and you know it as well as i do.....i admit my wrong when i am in the wrong....they were shipped perfect NON damaged (their was even a fragile sticker put on it by my request...i did not ship you faulty tails....sorry if you think my tint was not the best work BUT i did send pics of them so you knew exactly what you were recieving and i sent the pics b4 you sent money....so thier wouldnt be no probs and you paid after you seen them.....sorry but i will not refund for something that was shipped NON damaged and you sent payment after you seen pics.....
