I understand that the title of my post can be a little misleading, but please bare with me. Anyways, I took my car to the dealer for service last week...you can check my posts out here >>> http://www.detroitneonowners.org/viewtopic.php?t=4785.
Today I went to install my DR Firm MM's and after I installed the trans mount I moved onto the pass. side. Well I noticed my top mount a little angled like so "/" but not that bad. As I moved down to the lower mount I noticed it was bent! Well I replaced both of those and looked at my friends ACR and he had a lot more room between the frame and his engine. Now, my question is...is there any way I could get the engine to move back over towards the drivers side? My car has never been in an accident so I dont know how the engine moved, but it obviously did.
Thanks for any input on my problem.

I say as long as its not hitting anything and it runs fine, leave it alone. The mechanic basically tore half you engine apart. It might settle back into place after a while.. Look at you exhaust pipe under the car, where the CAT is. Is it in the center or is pushed over to one side.. If its in the center good. If not take it back to the dealer and tell them what the problem is.. If it isn’t in the center the damage could have been a result of you driving around with your engine mount broken. After some time of flexing back and forth you could of bent something.. Where did you find inserts for your tranny mount???
