i may actually make a regular ready to apply vinyl of it, and remove all the white background, and change the circle and slash from red to blue for my car and change the letters to white...so it matches

Ditto. If i could afford to shoehorn a big block into the neon, it would have been done before the car left the lot. There really is no replacement for displacement.
