End of Day #1.... waiting on parts plenty more pics to come.

Jason = hates having his picture taken :).... by the way you dont even work for Toyota anymore why do you have that shirt  :ban:

PART #2
wow.... waht an ordeal.. lol here is teh final results as of right now..
car runs great pulls like a banchy. and shifts amazing at 8000RPM.... .

I had it all installed then... I fire it up... wow exhaust leak... from the head QUIET obviously... and a super loud plastic rubbing noise... dammit my aftermarket cam gear is rubbing on teh timing belt cover...... o well for now it runs...
AFX/R.. sux... throws codes like no tomorrow... down stream o2, evap leak, idle air control fucked...

The car at idle chugs like a mini charger :) and definatly lost SOME pull from the line a LITTLE , due to the header, and high flow cat.
but once the car sees 3000rpm look the shit out off it goes.
I have alot of torque steer now so the future may hold a LSD  .... but not too soon... the bank hurts right now.. lol here are some pics.
and yes I ended up dropping the engine myself AGAIN on day 3 and cutting the timing belt cover.

Cause I figured it was. And it's pretty cool that someone here on the forum ended up with it. Good luck with the build, I'll be keeping close tabs on this log.

I used a 3 jaw puller. I already have a after market AFX UDP pully on but thae same puller can be used. If you loook threw the pics you will see the puller still attached to the UDP.. I had to take out the arms of the pully by pulling the pins that hold them in place. then turn them around so that the HOOKED part or the arms grabs teh ( outside ) of the pully NOT the inside.

obx install was a breeze no clearance issues or anything, the gasket from teh header to the downpipe is not that great, and the Header flange was not flat so i have a small exhaust leak, I recommend getting a midlength loongtube from M O D E R N for the same price and that way you know the header flange will be flat :banghead:

unbolt the stock one and unbolt from the cat.
I took teh Stock exhaust manifold out from the top of the engine, and then cut my exhaust back under the car, it was already 2.5 inch.

Then put the header in from underneath the car over the K-Frame and then bolt it up in place.
Weld pipes together and done.
fast and easy, and I did it all with 2 jack stands under the front. thats it.

damn i was kinda wanting to get the obx over the kirk cuz it looked a lot better and seemed as though the individual headers were bigger.

So...obx is a no go for the lth?

Does it clear the overflow coolant bottle okay?

Thanks man this is all really helpful ;D
