need some help with photos

i was woundering if someone could photoshop a pic i would like to change the back ground and the collr of the car to royal blue and white change the rims to black with chrome lip i want to see how it look that way. what programs do you all use to do the changes with? well heres my ride

thats hot how did you do that i tried using photoshop cs2 and i couldnt get it to change colors while keeping the shine and shades thats hot thanks

go to image-adjustments-hue/saturation

is that the color u wanted??? or something else??

ya i like it its hott can you put some black with chrome lip rims on it. it dont matter what they look like i just want to see 17's before i get them
