"body style conversion log"-->Dual Exhaust!
I went to a fabric/crafts store. the cloth was a few bucks.glasswars wrote:Nice project, great results! How did you do the desert camo on the door inserts? That looks AWESOME!
Pop off the door panel. dremel off the plastic rivets behind the insert. peel off old.
spray adhesive on the new fabric after cut to size. stick on. push the insert back into the door panel.
super glue where the rivets used to be
lasted 2 years so far.
BTW. I sold the car to an enthusiast. He's going to finish the body conversion, swap the 2.4l turbo motor.
he said he'll send me pics when he finishes
I will definately pass them on to you guys

What are you plans for the GTS?
08 Acura TL-S
05 Neon SRT-4
I'm putting a Pioneer mp3/wma/acc Ipod radio in it next week. Came from a stock 2008 Scion XB, to keep a factory appearance.MyNeonSaysHi wrote: He better!

I'll keep the celica stock except the stereo, maybe some performance tires and tein springs.
check my parts for sale too, everybody!

230,000. runs new. no leaks/no smoke/clean title/drives straight01WhiteNe0n wrote:How did you pull off a Gts for 3500 ??![]()
How many miles are on it ?
Still looks like mint condition except worn out shift boot.
I bought it from a young woman who had it for 6 months but didn't like driving manual transmission.
(She assumed anything over 100,000 miles wasn't worth any money
vvtl-i engages at 6200 rpm and revs to 8400. It's really quick and gets 30mpg. But it doesn't have nearly as much torque as my old neon.
