...reduces the gear select throw while maintaining the factory crossover throw, much like the McFab arm. Much easier to chirp the tires now, and I don't have to worry about dislocating my elbow while shifting
Took about half an hour. I was going to make it nicer and weld on a post with a nice groove in it for a retaning clip and remove the extra lever/post length... but the roll pin that attaches the lever to the trans was rusted tight... so I had to mod the lever while it was on the trans and just bolt the post on 
But it gets the job done
