Dodge Charger photochop...I was bored.

Post by supertrick_05 » Sat Aug 25, 2007 10:20 pm

I was bored, so I thought I'd fool around and see what I could come up with, playing around with a Charger photo. Here's a before and after:

I don't know how to alter colors yet, so I just stuck with red. I think it looks kinda cool...any comments are welcome :)

I like it with that chopped top. It looks a lot meaner. That side exit is neat, though maybe a bigger outlet? or duals?

Haha, that photo seems to get chopped quite a bit. Looks awesome dude! Color changing isn't too difficult, if you're using A PS 7 then you just gotta go under Image>adjustments>replace color, and select the color with your 'eye dropper' tool, change the fuzzyness so it selects most of the car, and then play with the hues and such.

Here's some that i did a while ago with the same pic as a base.

The black one was thrown together since someone wanted to see black, so it's far from perfect

Keep up the good work! Your stuff is looking real good.

It's because it's available in a high resolution which equals better chop. I, too, have chopped that same pic, as well as the others that were taken with it (front/rear shots). Dunno where they are right now tho, somewhere on my hard drive.

Chop looks damn good, btw

very nice chop, nice choptop, those can be difficult and come out weird if not enough attention is given, also I'm liking the rear deep wheel, here's a few chargers I did a while back b4 it went on sale

Don't mean to hijack your thread or anything, but I just wanted to emphasize how difficult it is to chop a roof correctly like you have done on the original post, any1 here familiar with photoshop should know this, that's why I give u 2 thumbs up

Do me a favor and send that to my local dealer, so they can have it finished and ready for pickup in 3 years when i'll be able to afford insurance on it.
