Wheel decision

Post by He Hate Me » Mon Aug 27, 2007 5:22 pm

Well I've been repping the stock wheels for as long as I've had the car, (2 1/2 years) and think it's about time I do a "show mod". I work at Les Schwab so I get a pretty decent price on wheels and tires. SO I think I found my decision which is some Enkei RPM-2's (don't know if I want silver or hyperblack yet). IF anybody could photoshop me a pair on my car, I've included some pictures, that would be awsome. IF anyone can think of some other wheels that would look good, go ahead and post. Enkei, BBS, and Motegi needs to be the manufacture cause that's what I can get from Shwab :D. Thanks!

The size of the RPM2s I decided on are 18x7.5 wrapped in either Federal SS959 or Falken Xeius XI-326

The car will also be lowered soon aswell, I'm thinking 1.5front 1.75ish, 2 in the back?

do not do 18's they look like wagon wheels and look like ass. For a show car go 17 or less. In my taste go for 6 spoke or 5 spoke wheels.

those look like bbs' from the srt4 acr --- go 16 or 17, not 18. I personally would do 15 because of less rotating mass :D

Well you guys managed to change my decision to a 17.

Alright, so this is what I think I'm pretty firm about getting.

17x7 Enkei RPM2 SILVER
215/40/17 Federal SS959
Eibach Pro Kit

Anything think they could do a quick photoshop of the silver RPM2s on my car, thanks in advance

the difference between hyperblack and silver .. is minimal ... just imagine a silver with a uniform film of brake dust on it ...

after having 17"s on a neon ... if i were to do it over again .. 16"s would be the max i do ... likely would go down to 15"s ....

i think 17 inch is great, i have 17x7.5 with 215/40-17 tyres. 18 inch would look great, but i dont know how it drives.
