00 Neon at my work

Well Im at work and this 00 Neon pulls up. Its not that bad but deff not my taste. The front bumper has been through hell but the taillights deff were sweet. It comes in for a bad vibration. First off I checked the balance and it was all perfect. I see he does not have hub rings and someone never removed the speed clips on the studs. I fix both those problems and take it for a test drive. Pull out of the driveway and guess what??? the power steering goes out lol. Get it back in and the pump went bad at 48,000 miles.

I would have told him about 2gn but I couldnt understand whatever language he was speaking.

because the only mods that foreign people know of or how to do are tail lights, body kits, wings, rims and graphics
