nope no HP gain just sound, it's inside the front left (driver side) fender, 2 maybe 3 bolts (can't remember) and it will come out.
Justin- I have nothing but smart ass remarks to add.

It can improve HP slightly... not a whole lot. It's located in the fender, infront of drivers front wheel. If you look under there you'll see the bottom of a huge plasitc box thing, that's it. I think 2-3 bolts holding it on, on at the very bottom and the other(s) are higher up.. You may need to jack the car up and remove part of the plastic inner fender to remove it.

It wont' damage the car in the log run

Kinda but if you are standing infront of your engine looking at your airbox... on the right there is a tube leading into a hole in the fender, on the other side of that hole in the fender area is the resonator box.

as far as i know, i know that it doesnt give any hps, in some cases you loose power, the restriction from the resonator is compensated by the cold aire it takes... get a CAI

Yup... the gain or less is so small you can't feel it... bought the only thing it'll do is make your intake system a bit louder.
