Check on srtforums, they have a great how-to section, and it should not be too different from yours

well the bushings need to be pressed in. The control arm itself is really easy to take off. Just jack the car up and unbolt the control arms and bring the arms to a shop to press out the old bushings and press in the new ones. The energy suspension bushings are good and inexpensive.

Burn the old bushing out and use a 22 or 23mm socket to press the new (prothane) one in.

Everyone loves the Prothanes. I like the ES ones. Plus, I got my ES for $27 for the CA. The whole kit would be $99...which, had I known ahead of time, I would have just gotten in the first place.

The old bushings will prolly just fall out. Cut or burn the metal sleave off the big bushing. Make sure it's clean. Use a wire brush or wheel to get it respectable. Grease them up and push them in with a vise, C clamp, etc. Some people use their hands. The other bushing just needs pushed out with a socket.

It's not easy, but it's not overly difficult. Better buy the whole kit and replace the swaybar endlinks and body mounts since you are under there anway.

What's the difference in the energy kit and the prothane? I'm trying to decide which one to order from Modern.

Would you see a difference amongst the two enough to justify the $40?

I'm going with the prothane just because I hear the install is much simpler and easier. That's pretty much the only difference as far as I know, except I think the prothane also has a bushing the energy kit lacks and vice versa? I think it's the rear strut mount bushing or something but I'm not sure.
