So i replaced the tb with the stock one but i have a slight problem and i was wondering if you could help me out here. The vac line from under the tb there is a nipple that comes out of the stock one well when i removed my stock one before all this mess that nipple snapped off. I now have a whistling noise and want to know what i can do to fix it. It seems that i might be able to drill the hole biger and tap an adapter but im not sure if that would be a bad idea cuz that hole needs to be a certin size any help would be great thanks

see if you can find a plastic barbed fitting with a threaded connection where the barbed end is the same OD as the ID of the vac line. if you can, the size of the hole you tap won't matter because it'll be filled with thread/fitting, and the hole thru the fitting would be close to the same size. just be sure not to screw it in so far that it disrupts air flow thru the TB, and use loc-tite for plastic to secure it. but don't turn the car on till the loc-tite drys lol.
