see i personaly don't have a say in this whole thing... as I am not a fan of LED crap in my car.

But being at carlisle and seeing justin winning the LED package and now he's not getting it, is

Although i don't lean either way w/ this whole thing. I hope that something gets worked out.

No, don't ban him until everything is ironed out, unless this takes too much longer. It would hurt the users involved. Just because all that info is there doesn't mean he will respond to it. Banning will just get rid of another method of communication.

Once everyone gets squared away, then by all means ban him. Ban him as a member or ban him as a vendor, doesn't matter to me.

I know, thats why I tried to keep him on here as long as possible since it's a way to get a hold of him through here, as either a PM or e-mail. If people want otherwise to have him unbanned, I'll do it so they can attempt to contact him on here.

brr post the rules all u want..this is my feedback...now since I'm posting from my phone cause my comp is messed up I cannot do things super quick..but when I get to my moms I will post the pm matt sent me..I will summerize it..

I sent matt a pm asking if I was still getting the led lights I won fair n square...

he replied I wasn't getting them cause of what I posted in his feedback on the boards, and that I had to formally apologize to him and everyone for what I said b4 I would get them

thas bs..I waited 3 months before I said one word..and what does he tell me "davids swap or the weather" is why its not done..

so I came home from work wednesday to find my hood..with an inch full of mud on the underside and more chips that weren't there when he got it...

so brr u come here yelling at me cause I'm not supposingly following the rules...easy for u to say..U DIDN'T GET SCREWED..

as I can see I got a lot of backing here..

btw...when I posted n matts feedback..I didn't get near this response....so poasting here ovouisly worked better...

if this is moved or deleted I agree with the guy earlier...its just trying to be hid and the problem isn't getting dealt with..and thas BS!!

with all that being said...I have had my hood a total of 29 months or so..and funny how a total of 9+ months it was sitting at matts house getting worked on..

so..as matt told me I was at fault..who do u think is at fault..I know it sure as hell isn't me....

Justin,

Everyone knows about your issue, I know about it, Chris know about it, pretty much the whole staff knows about it since you told everyone at the Carlisle meet and most of the staff was there. We get the idea but what do you want us to do about. I can't tell Matt to give you your hood back, I can't beat it out of him to give any money back and it's a deal between you and him. Just like the LEDs as that was a giveaway all on his own. It's up to you that if you want to pursue getting your hood or money back to file in small claims court or http://www.ic3.gov/ as an internet crime. Call his local police department, whatever... it's between you and him. I did the same thing with Nick @ NRGYHeads but didn't get anywhere since we were moving at that time and a few of the letters didn't get forwarded so I was unable to persue the claim from the South Carolina Consumer Affairs which was looking into the case. I could have complained to the .org since thats where our deal originated but all they're going to do is ban him and thats not putting the $700 in parts and money back in my pocket.

It's up to you if you want to persue the case. Just post your feedback in the right area... You want me to do something but like I said, how am I going to get your money or part back from him? File a claim against him or call his local PD and speak with someone about it and see if you can get anywhere with that.

I notice that everyone expects the mods to create a miracle, there isn’t much that can be done on our end, I was attempting to talk to matt and possibly reason with him to do the right thing and resolve his issues, and before that could be completed people wanted him banned and now I cant communicate with him any more due to the fact we were talking back and forth thru pm's.

Justin you live too close to matt to not be able to resolve this out side of 2gn. You can go to the courts and file a small claims lawsuit against him. Threads about him won’t bring back your products trust its only going to make him not want to resolve this even more.

Justin: I was on srt-4store.com exactly 1 minute ago nowhere on there does it say anthing about paintwork on hoods, my point is that you got some guy (matt) to paint your hood. Could you have gone to a body shop and gotten it done cheaper, better, or, quicker? About the light kit you did win it fare and square and you should get it thats only right but if you dont what are you out?

Everybody else: It looks to me that the good out weighs the bad on this one most people ( who put feedback in the correct forum) like matt and everything he has done for them.

I suggest 2gn has only 2 vendors (modern and myself) there are only 2 that nobody has had any problems with

yeah but thats just another double standard. He is able to post here and subsequently use these boards to scam users; yet unhappy customers are not allowed to post their opinions and complaints in the same board? I don't get it.

guys, it's very simple... one side wants to spread as much awareness as they can so they can make sure no one deals with the vendor... the other side doesn't want it to spill over in the whole forum...

SOLUTION: just don't let vendor sell anything or advertise in any way until all previous orders are squared away... change his name to nitehawk and remove his store link in the sig and let him post again...

Hers my Feedback:

I bought a few of his LED products and got them within the same week.

And when he was doing audio equipment way before srt-4 store, i bought a bunch of speakers from him, for me and friends.
The price i got them for was 40% of any other store, but it did take 2 months to get them.

I was getting annoyed sure, but when your getting stuff for such a cheap price, not much i can say.

Matt is a good guy and has done a good job dealing with me and if you have patience and dont frustrate someone thats trying to do a good thing, it'll get done, and it'll get done correctly.

I know for a fact if i was doing favors, doing cheap labor for someone, or providing cheap parts(close to no profit) i'd be pissed off if someone was getting on my case for taking a long time on it.

but...

money that was paid for the raffle???? wasn't it like some god awful small amount to get a ticket to win the LEDs. I was there and it couldn't have cost much since everyone was only allowed to buy one ticket for the LED give away stuff. While it does suck he hasn't followed thru with the give away it isn't like you bought $100 worth of tickets to win. As for the hood issue take up with him it has no bearing on his current business that many haven't had an issue with...yet.
