Hey, I was just wondering I am thinking about doing an engine swap to get more power on the track.

What engine would be the best and somewhat easiest to get? How much performance do I get out of the engine?

What else can I do to get more performance into my car?

I am gr 12 student in school, but have taken many auto courses and plan on becoming a mechanic with the army. So I do know enough about cars, just not neons in general. I used to hate them, only because of the round lights :/ till I got one for free for the 15th birthday

SRT Swap... same amount of power as the SRT + the aftermarket of the SRT. About the easiest swap and easiest way to get more power.

jason's advice is best. but, you could also add n2o instead. it's a quick, cheap way to add 50hp at the push of a button. plus the zex kit is almost foolproof.
