i used to make fiberglas boxes for a local audio place and am looking to make some extra money on the side for SRT mods lol
i havent decided on a final construction yet, but it will either be a solid mdf box or a mdf skeleton fiberglass box.....the fiberglass option will be much more expensive as it will include a lot more materials and require 2 to 3 times the labor and time.....
havent decided on a price yet but it will be on a MADE TO ORDER basis.....ie. you place an order, i make the box.....so allow up to 2 weeks for the product to be finished plus shipping time, i can usually knock them out in a day or two....but i'm a full time student and also work 30+ hours a week....so free time isnt always available
they will be available in 8, 10, or 12 all priced the same
just wondering if there would be any interest in this and what you would be willing to pay?
any interest in kicker style sub boxes?

This would be for a box that resembles the OEM Kicker Livin Loud box, correct?
If so I would be interested after seeing final pics. Airspace specs would also be good. I would have to save up some cash as I too am a college student. I recently became interested in the OEM Kicker enclosure as I want a small system with a 10" sub. Fit and finish would be important, OEM look would be preferable. I would be looking for one for either the passenger side or the driver side, not too much of a difference for me.
I could be interested in MDF or fiberglass, depends on how they look. I'm sure a 'glass one would be smoother, so that would be good, but it would depend on the price.
Don't know what they are worth, because I haven't got to that stage in my research yet.

I'd only need one. For a 12".bad04srt wrote:^thats exactly what i thought....i plan on making one set and letting them go for the price of materials.....i'm not into subs and stuff so i have no use for them lol....i just figured i can use my talents for some cash lol....would you want a set or just the one side? all mdf or fiberglass?
But, only thing would be, I wouldn't throw out any cash until I seen that final product. One version of MDF and one version of Fiberglass would help me decide what I'd want more. Not to mention, how you plan on finishing it, and I'd also agree with the OEM and airspace comment.
