Check out videora it will take most files that you through at it and put em into mp4 format

http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/

Its meant for an ipod, but they have other versions as well. It accomplishes the same end. This software kicks butt though. The hardest part is figuring out how to cue up multiple items.

enjoy!

on Mac, Toast or Handbrake should take care of you.

And if you like torrents and iPod stuff, www.podtropolis.com -- all iPod ready stuff. Most of it's not good on Apple TV, but meh...it works for basic viewing.

I've been using this for a while:
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/

Free Video to iPod Converter, all free all the time, super easy, and works great!

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.
