New project

Post by esteinmaier » Sun Sep 16, 2007 12:00 am

Ok, folks. My new band is beginning. We just auditioned a new singer tonight, so we'll see how that goes, but here's a couple tracks without vocals. Let me know what you guys think.

Damn good music! Love it!

Got any more?

EDIT: Just wanted to say that the lead guitar in the songs sounds a little dry. Maybe try adding a little treble or bass to it. Seems like it needs a little body. Hop you dont take that personaly, I love the songs!

These are just tough recordings, and the guitar is being recorded direct, so there's no amplifier resonances at all. The bass is the same, but typically, bass sounds pretty good direct.

Sounds amazing friend. I wish i was near some reasonable speakers instead of my laptop ones. Definitely keep us updated on your progress.

I'm a big fan of the lighter slow sections mixed in with the heavy riffs. Porcupine Tree does it a lot on their album Absentia. Great stuff man.
