Whoa wait, wha?! You just got a free Integra?!
If he drops a B18 GSR engine in it THAT is all your go fast parts you'll need! Invest in suspension.

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

I'm no Honda expert but there are about a kabillion parts and places to get parts to mix and match with any Honda engine ever in existance. Also a kabillion Honda forums to go with them.
But I do know that the B18C GSR from a 94-99 Integra will give 170hp bone stock. With cams, intake, header and exhaust you'll get another 10+ easy. Some tuning and air/fuel adjustments may get you another 5-10+ depending how you do it.
I'd get the new engine a good tune-up to stock specs (more than likely it will be used and abused or totally neglected) and get your suspension set-up straight first (urathane bushings, swaybars, shocks/springs/coilover$, camber kit), then upgrade the engine later. The engine is plenty strong for daily driving in a light car like the 92 Integra so I wouldn't go and dump a bunch of $$$ into that aspect of it right away.
But that's just me.
Try these, they helped me out:

Heard the rumors...guess it's true!
That's great! Way better than the Hatchback with the LS1 Vette engine in it!
