Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushings, Install problems

Post by dancingfroggy » Mon Jun 06, 2005 6:09 am

I got a set of Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushings to replace the ones that are beat out in my neon. I went to a guy here in town and he said they weren't able to be installed. I then took them to swifty (from NeonCanada) where he also couldnt get them intalled. I went to the website and where it was a saturday their help line wasn't open. Confirmed I had the right set and part numbers. Did anyone else have any problems getting them install?

Now where i got them locally from one of my supliers he wants me to see if anyone else had a problem getting them installed before he will take them back and find me another set.

they don't fit. there are 3 main parts to the bushing. One comes up from the bottom, a middle part and then oen from the top.

The middle part seems like its 1/4" too big and the top seems like it fits odd. Has anyone else used these?
