What you've done with your baby is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to hear how much fun it is to open her up when your all done.
Updates........almost there
Hey lambostealth, I hope you don't mind me asking, but I don't know a lot about what you're doing. My question is did you have to beef up the engines internals in order to do what you've done? Or can it be done with just a stock engine without the possibility of some damage?

the engine is still stock internally, theres always the possibility of damage, but as long as you keep an eye on your AFRs, boost levels, and oil pressure, as well as keeping up with the oil changes, i dont see how it would be a problem!

Better is not the right term I think. If you compare a stock srt-4 block to a stock sohc block, then yes the srt-4 is better. But a built block cost about the same as a srt-4 block and I wouldnt say its better....lambostealth wrote:Cheaper? no, better engine? yes.
Anyway, looks good I am glad the port fueler works that well (it should for as much as it).

Yeah, thats exactly what I meant, stock for stock, SRT block is better.
And I'm more than happy with the portfueler.....never had to do anything but hook up 3 wires, one to a tach signal, and a power and ground. Hooked up the boost reference, and fired it up........works flawlessly.
I currently have an issue with boost leaking, but, I will knock it out.

Well there are alot of possibility's of what that is, but I had the same issue and it turned out to be the PCV valve on the valve cover was not torqued very tight. Might want to check that out if all your boost pipes and vacuum lines are good.lambostealth wrote:Yeah, thats exactly what I meant, stock for stock, SRT block is better.
