turbo parts for my neon rt magnum 2001?

well im planing on turbo on my 2.0 i got this questions i didnt find in the search button

will my manifold boom with turbo?
how many psi can i use it with no pistons more than stock ones?
what exactly parts i need and what gauges i need?
would u recommend switching to turbo or all motor?
will me ecu work with turbo?

1. no, it will work fine with the amount of boost you will be running
2. between 5 and 8 to be safe on stock pistons, you will be alright to go a bit higher if you know what you are doing...this is also subject to the turbo you will be using
3. there are a ton of parts, more than i care to list individually in this thread because they can be found in the Forced Induction section and with a little time spent searching
4. turbo is the cheaper route (most of the time)...but it sounds like you might need to do some research before attempting either route so you can decide which one is best for you, your budget, etc...
5. since you don't have NGC you will be alright with the stock computer...if you do the correct supporting mods

i think that you should look into using a SRT-4 turbo. it is the most affordable method to turbo your car, for what you are looking to do, and piecing together the kit and installing would be a great learning experience for you. there is a ton on info regarding the srt turbo in this section...check out the sticky.

the person who really knows this stuff is KevinGP, he is runnign a turbo ACR (01 or 02) and he ran without basically stock mag motor for a while... do a search in this section for magnum and turbo....

yupp, Kevin has an srt turbo on his car. he'd be able to help more with issues specific to the magnum platform vs. non-mag.
