Yes I realize this is in the wrong section but I needed opinions and pics asap and general discussion has the highest traffic... forgive me lol.
Anyways, I'm getting a pretty good deal on these wheels right now...
What do you guys think?
Anybody else have similar wheels on their neon? If so please post pics.
Thanks.

After some thinking I figured theres no real point, seasons pretty much done and they will just sit in the garage.
Just gonna save my pennies and get a set of 18''s in summer 08.

I agree on the season thing. I also live in an area where, pretty much, the "season" is over... am not gonna do wheels and tires till next Spring or Summer...
.. something I am thinking tho, I was also thinkin about 17's...but after reading alot of posts, am actually considering 16's or even 15's...(going up from my stock 14's..)...due to all the comments about lower torque and acceleration going with large size wheels
...we all know that these Neons have limited power to begin with...unless u got an SRT or spent a couple 1 or 2 k on the engine
2004 SE... doin it one piece at a time

I'm thinking about getting similar wheels on mine as well. I just can't get enough of the black with silver lip. I'm probably gunna go with the 16 as well. Anything larger than 17 IMO just looks a little out of place.

I don't know, I think if the car is lowered and has a body kit 18''s look great, even 19''s don't look too bad.
Check it out....
18''s
19''s

yea, 17's and 18's are fine... it's just I don't see any snow or rough roads in those pictures...
I think you can get away with a 15 or 16 inch wheel and still be able to have a daily driver... (in places that are not picture perfect roads and weather)..and still look good

could always try to find the motorsport rims... like the one's that were on my car. They are 16" silverstones that mopar painted black w/ a small chrome lip. They are also very hard to find (which is why i will not sell the rims)

rotas are overrated. If you're going for looks go 17"+
If you're going for performance, get the 14" alloys that came on 1GN R/Ts. They're plenty light.

Rota makes a great knock off wheel for what it is. JDM ball swingers are just butt hurt that they waited 8 months and paid 3 times as much for something to do the same purpose only for other JDM nerds to point it out to each other on how cool the rims are.
BTW, I let my JDM driving friends roll well on thier Rotas.

Motorsports Wheels are part of the Neon Motorsports package, he doesn't mean wheels for racing.
Look at the side of his car for the little graphic that indicates a "Motordsports" package Neon.
And as far as Rotas go, lots of companies that makes wheels that look like them and weigh similar to them for a lot less.
