Ok, got all the fun crap worked out, and here it is.

Im still going to mold the pod to the dash so its a little cleaner, but it works with the short schedule i have for the week.

It's pretty easy, just gotta take out the stock pressure switch (nearly useless) and install the the autometer sender using a 3/8" to 1/8" adaptor since the autometer is smaller than the hole in the block. The stock switch is located on the back of the block betweens cylinders 3 and 4 near the bottom with a green plug coming from it. To remove it you will need a special oil pressure switch socket that can be picked up at an autoparts store (buy it... it's worth it with the time you'd spend getting it out otherwise). After that just run the wire inside and make all necessary connections. Oh... and when installing the sender using YELLOW teflon tape (petroleum will break down the white teflon tape causing it to leak).

E3EsXt02... if you decide to get a A/F guage, a narrowband like the Mopar aka Autometer is pretty much useless unless you but a wideband coverter. Otherwise, only get a Wideband since narrowband will just flash black and forth getting very VERY annoying! That is unless you like to have raves in your car and drive while you're on extacy waving glow sticks around

It would be very easy if you get the top part of the dash out of an SRT 4. the pod had to be modified, and i had to cut my dash

It was a scary experience, but I did get it done clean. I just molded it in there tonight now, so its clean as hell.

I'd say it will take you 2 hours to modify the pod and dash and do it clean. I took a little more time just because i wanted it perfect. No rushing on stuff.

But yea, get the stuff listed above and the pod will simply clip into place. no cutting necessary ( or molding)

Hey that looks sweet, thats what I did with an A/F ratio guage though.

or go to my car domain page 6. It was pretty easy a friend helped me with the drilling. Yes I drilled through the dash and theres a clip there to put a screw so i used that. I know drilling sounds like work but its really not that hard to install the pod itself. Again nice job man looks good! Gotta Love the Mopar!

i know the SRT dash has the cutout and clip already there, do the previous models have it there just hidden? if they do.. whats its there for? did dodge plan ahead for once?

Actually there isnt a clip but it worked for me. The spots are there once you cut out a little square, insert clip or not it will work with a screw correct size of course. I have more pics if you want to see them pm me, it really is pretty easy, installing the gauge wires is probably the hardest at least for me it was. lol
