P-codes 1193, 0508 - '01 5speed

I also got p1684 and p0123 but I think these are related to disconnecting the battery. I got these codes after replacing my transmission today. i disonnected the battery last night and started on it. I finished it today and when I started the car up and drove it, it gave me these codes.

I need to know what the p1193 and p0508 codes are but they're not listed in the code list. I hope someone can help me out with this cuz I had to do a shitload of work on my car today and I really don't feel like pulling everything apart without a good idea of what I'm looking for.

Thanks, Tim.

They cleared themselves after abot an hour of driving. I betting it was all due to me having the battery disconnected for 2 days and then starting it up and driving it. Probably had to do a relearn or something.
