Ok, first off, I can not tell if it has stage 1, or this guy is saying his upgrades are "stage 1" - whatever, either way, an 04 SRT4 with only 21k miles, for less than 14k!!! I want it, but of course, I can not have it yet :( So, I wanna share the wealth :D Good luck!
