Quick question

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

Quick question

Post by w0158981 » Thu Oct 25, 2007 3:10 pm

ok so i'm looking to play with my exhaust on my 2000 chrysler neon so anyway i'm searching around on kijiji and i see "chrome exhaust" so i click on it send her an email and she send me back this
"It is made by APC and has a 2.5 inlet, 6 inch round exhaust, and 4 inch outlet, to instal it you just u just buy a clamp for a couple bucks from can tire or get it welded onto your existing exhaust. u cut ur old muffler off... u dont need it to go all the way back to the front of ur car it will still sound really good, i'll let it go for 95$"

so i guess wat i'm askin is i know little about exhaust and i'm just wondering what u guys think i don't even know if it will fit an a friend of mine i work with said he dosen't think it will fit.

^agreed.

Though playing with your exhaust is not a good idea especially when it's hot...they don't play nice and they like to burn. :P
