You have a great looking car.
I'm just not a fan of eyelids... any eyelids on any Neon, but that is just me.
All that really matters is if you are satisfied with it. Overall it is hot.

I do not like it - why? it is too square looking, and on your car you need to have the s style ones, would look nicer... and stay away from vinyl, get the hard plastic ones, or whatever they are. You can tell that those are stuck on and in one pic they look almost see through

also, and finally () I think that the one on the passenger side is cut a little off... Look at the night pic.

Buy silver "S" style eye lids in silver & then go back over it with the same black eyelids you have

Honestly, I have found that nothing can output light like a stock light bulb...or HID's. Every aftermarket bulb I've used seems to lack the total output of light that the OEM bulbs do. They may look like crap, but at least I can see at night...
And about the stock amber turns...I kinda like 'em personally.

I don't like them. They hide the cool black housing headlights IMO.
And I like the amber turns/markers... adds some nice contrast and goes with the old school look IMO.

No, it's not just you.

I still can't understand why people like that. supertrick, you already know what I think of the rest of the car. Love the hood, love the wheels. Cavalier spoiler is pure bad ass and looks perfect. Engine? Hands up for old school Mopar fans
*raises hand* .
But the eyelids.... eh...

Hmmm...i'm 'iffy' about them. They don't look horrible, but I think if you're going for the Cuda look, then you need to ditch the eyelids. They may look ok, but they don't go with the theme of the car. Round headlights on the Neon are better for the Cuda theme because the Cuda had round headlights.

I like what it does for the hood...I don't like what it does for the headlights. I'm probably 55% for them and 45% against.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the shape, myself. But yeah, they do kinda' "finish off the hood."
