Fuel System

Post by 04_yelneon » Tue Oct 30, 2007 7:35 pm

Im about ready to turbo my 04 SXT, and I just did the spool boy mod. Im not having much luck with it right now, I wanna go back to the stock sending unit for a while. My car can still have the stock fuel system on it and run my turbo just fine right? Or do I need to upgrade the fuel system for that? Thanks

NO on the stock fuel system. Your car needs more fuel when it comes to boost. Feul is your friend when it comes to boost. Find another fuel pump module and install that. DO NOT boost your car on the stock fuel system. Gives us the signs and symptoms of whats not working with your car.

that sucks.. so the srt4 fuel pump doesnt flow 255lph. you would think it did since its a walboro pump and used in a turbo application..
