Wrong Forum - How do I remove B-pillar trim and door trim?!

I know for the front doors you pull the rubber molding off and there's three screws, but on the rear door, the window doesn't go all the way down so you'd have to remove the window? If there's a easier way LET ME KNOW!

Also on the door trim, the rubber piece right by the window that runs horizontal to it, how do I remove that? Is it like a Civic and is it just clips?

I know this is the wrong forum, but I need answers asap as I'm finishing up the paint on my car, thanks!
