i turned the round silver thing that has a screw in teh middle.. i used a vice grip instead of a screw driver cause it was hard to turn and it was startin to strip.. but it takes a lot of turns to aim it.. thats y i didnt think it was that.. because i turned it and i didnt see if difference.. but u just gotta turn it a lot more

Is it true that you have to take the headlight out every time you have to make an adjustment???
