Windshield Fluid Tank & 03' Body Kit Question....

I have heard that I have to have an 2003-2005 Windshield Washer Fluid Tank if I want to change my 2000 front end to a 2003 Body Kit front end. Can anyone tell me if this is true, and if so ...... why do I need to do this? Does the tank come down behind the corner signals, behind the front bumper? I can see if that were the case. But I am about to buy one on ebay for $22 including shipping, and I did'nt want to do it unless I HAD to. Thanks for any quick responses.....auction ends in 1 day from now.

hmmmm.....the only case I have heard about changing washer fluid tanks is when you do the SRT front bumper conversion....you have to use and SRT tank......but that's all I have heard....

its only required for the SRT bumper
