Ok, so, I ordered my lip kit in black, front and back came from DCX sides are coming from a dealership in vegas. now. I got my front and back in and I open it and....... it's red.... called up DCX and they sent out the right one with a return tag for the other.

now. I was thinking. what if they forget the return tag? should I call them up and tell them or sell the kit? lol.

I think there is a line between "error" and "theft".. Karmic debts are the worst.. (Perhaps I just have a good set of moral values and resent theft in all forms.)

red huh, so i wasnt the only one, i ordered silver and they sent me red too.. apparently its all they had left, being a closeout sale they send whatever they have.. sux.. my part number on my online said silver, but they sent me red with the red part number on the box, and silver on the packing slip.. lol.. didnt matter either way since i have a CG car.. just thought it was odd.. ended up ebayin it and making my $ back +50.

but you are offering to sell it to someone on the other forum.....and from the thread it seems like only one person suggested keeping it and selling it, as did someone on this thread. you said you would sell it to your own benefit......lol

and no, if I ordered a black kit they they will send me a black kit, it was a mistake and they sent off the black one for me with a return tag for the red one.

so it was a SHIPPING ERROR!! it has been straightened out! they wont send me "what ever they have" when there's 354 black kits left

and what is this about taking a loss? you guys have seriously got to learn how to stand up and correct what has gone wrong. just because I ordered a black and got a red doesn't mean it's my loss, it's theirs because now they have to pay for shipping for the new one to me and the old one back to them.

maybe you should learn to interpret stuff better. i'm pretty sure oklamopar ment how would you feel if someone "shipped" (quoted since it wouldn't really be shipped) you something you ordered but you never got it, kinda like what you were "jokingly" saying you might possibly think about doing to DCx with the red kit....
