Molding a lip

Post by InfinityAudio » Mon Nov 26, 2007 8:14 pm

I sticked my lips with fiberglass as you all said...now I want to mold it to my bumper. If I use fiberglass...will it be break or crack just hitting a few holes on the road or it will be fine.

If yes, shoul I use and another product?

dude, you need to lay fiberglass sheets or even bolt it on and then lay fiberglass to mold it together. It looks like you just tryed sticking it on with resin. It won't hold.

I talked with a body specialist and he told me that fiberglass and OEM bumper won't work. It will crack. I have to do it with plastic If I want this to be able to move a bit.

Thanks for you're help but I will do it in plastic..juste to be sure that it will be perfect on the first time.
