How or is it possible to go about changing factory radio LED'S any pics of it done? or even how to do this? difficulty?

You'd have to take it apart and solder all the lights in yourself.

ditto, and it'd be a PITA.. just think of it as a chance to upgrade your deck, and find one in the color scheme your looking for..
