Will this wheel/tire combo fit

Post by heynow » Sat Jun 18, 2005 4:08 pm

Sorry for the noob question, but I have a chance to get a set of wheels for a pretty good deal. They are 16x7 with a 5X100 offset and the tire size is 205/50/16's. I was just curious if I would have any rubbing issues? Thanks

5x100 is not an offset, it's a lug pattern. 205/50 tires are a little tall on a 16" rim for the neons, and will probably throw off the odometer more than a 205/45 tire would. but they should fit.

Assuming the offset of the wheel is between about 35-42MM... you'll be fine.

Yes, it will fit. That's actually the size I plan on replacing my crappy Eagle RS-A's with.
