Question.

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

Question.

Post by popcornPIMPz » Mon Dec 10, 2007 12:34 am

Not sure where this thread would go, I'd assume here from what I'm about to ask.

I drive an automatic, I already know that manuals are highly recommended to mod, but I don't have one. So with that being said, what can be done to an automatic to make it faster.?

Thnx.

Actually this should have been in "Drivetrain" which includes transmissions.
Drive it like you stole it, and work on it like you married it.

I dunno, I think it's still a valid question, because (in my opinion from what I read) he means what can be done to the whole car, which is an automatic, to make it go faster...

I've been wrong before (i.e.: divorce, poor financial planning, waking up this morning) so who knows...
I have no idea what you are talking about. So here is me thinking about that picture of a rabbit with a pancake on its head.

no, this is fine, the question regards what to do to 'sup up an auto tranny car :D

I say mtz swap first and foremost :D

then do the mag swap of head, intake, new cam (comp 400) perhaps, lth, cai, udp, 60mm tb... this is a good base to start with.

then it should have been in "General 2nd Gen Discussion" :P

"Engine" is strictly that.

Anyways most or all of this stuff is searchable, and easilly at that. Should be moved to a forum section called "asked a million times +" ;)
