looks good....I like the theme with red accents.

--is the trunk wavey or is it just how the picture is...? and does the last pic have the hood popped or is it just that way due to the carbon?

not a fan of the fog lights or how you cut up a R/T bumper. (that's just really depressing for us to see)

she needs lowered, but i DO love those rims.

are the hood and trunk c/f or just painted black?

That it does.

Is the red painted on or some accent sticker like they have at auto stores?

Yeah, I would have never cut up an RT bumper like that, but it's ur thing. Overall, I like the look of the car. The two-toned trunk looks a little off, since the rest of the car isn't two toned. The two-toned hood looks good thought, flows with the car. I'd also get those wheels blasted and painted gloss black with a silver lip.

BTW, for a suggestion on strut/spring combos...

Progress Technology springs - 1.8" even drop all around, my favorite of the bunch, even though I've never had them.

OR

H&R Sport springs - 1.5" front and 1.4" rear...not as low as Progress, but you get a better ride and the drop is still even!

For the struts, Tokico HP "Blues" hands down! I love my HP's, they are great for lowered applications and have a warranty until a certain amount of a drop (I think it's anything more than 1.8"). They also give a nice ride that's not really rough.

I think the front bumper might look better with some black mesh in there to hide the ugly metal inner bumper.

I like the rear bumper tho. Those tailpipes look nice.

Either way, it's definitely a unique Neon.

Honestly my friend I would just get factory foglights, they might look better than what you have in there now.

Is the red trim paint or decal?

Before you turbo it, LOWER it :D Both the visual improvement and the handling usually are improved.

the red is pinstripe tape. i wish i had painted it, but i am thinking about re-doing it. its still a maybe. the only problem with the foglights are that who ever owned the car before me had cut the wiring out and it only had 1 light.

Hmmmm, if your front wasn't hacked up I would trade you my SRT front for yours. My Neon is Ps2 silver too.

lol my car isnt a facory silver, the amount of metalic in it is crazy, when my boss mixed my paint (i work at a autobody supplier) i told him i wanted viper silver cause it had a lot of fine metalic in it and he gave me a silver with more metalic than the viper silver and the flakes are fairly big. ill try to get a pic when it is sunny again to let you see what its like. all the pics of my car give it no justice, it looks so much better in person!like the black is tinted with red and blue with red blue purple and teal metalic, and my sub enclosure is tinted blue but it looks purple in this pic :banghead: all the paint is a little over board on the metallics. but i think it looks good

I thikn your current custom air dam is different... I kinda like it. I think all it needs is some aluminum mesh, spraypainted flat black. Not big hole mesh, but the smaller hole stuff... maybe even a hex-patterned grill material.

Here's a how-to page:

http://vamp.darkravers.net/cpg/thumbnails.php?album=115

You won't need to do all those steps since this is a trimmed-out airdam on your car.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate 2001 foglights on Ebay. I think the other years while looking similar are not, but maybe someone can verify that.
