Honestly I would never do that to a Neon chassis, 1G or 2G alike, but then I would never do 3/4 of the shit I see done to cars, including crazy showcar big bodykits and weird custom interiors, but then those guys take their projects seriously. So like I said I suppose this guy had his reasons heh
