Custom Ported IntakeMani

Well I just installed a custom ported intake manifold.. Honestly to me it does feel a whole lot better. But I wont know for sure untill I get it on the dyno sometime soon, or the track. I can't wait!! Do you guys have any estimates as to how much hp and torque I have gained? I'm guessin' about 2-4hp and 1-3lbft torque(to the wheels).

Looks good man. And so does the rest of your car. Keep us informned on the results of any Dyno you get!

i did the same thing to my plastic mani. did you fill the injector humps?

it picked up some mid-range and high-rpm power. i did seem to lose a tiny bit of low end, though, not really a problem, most of the power comes on low in my car, so i had a little to sacrifice.

Thanks for the support. And yes I did have to fill the humps with some JBweld. Not fun, but worth the work I'd say. I also agree on that mid to high rpm power. Thats where I feel it the most. But I dont feel much if any difference in my low end feels good still.

Ok update everyone!!!

Dyno'd my car today and I guess it went ok... Go to my cardomain Page 2 for the picture of the dyno graph... Peaks were 133.7whp and 133.2 Torque. Not bad I guess, cant wait to get a REAL good Port n' Polish on my head... .. . Peace n Harmony...
