I've seen that before. It's pretty sweet. I can't remember the guy's name, but he has a bunch of other engines like that.
He has a 427 SOHC Ford, a BBC and some others. There used to be a Viper V-10 pencil sharpener but it was lost in a fire.

yeah that has to cost a few bucks. Seems that'd all be custom fab work. Good vid though. Gotta admit that little sucker was cute.

Yeah, the guy hand makes all of the parts using a mill and a lathe. That is, if this is the person that I'm thinking of.
