350

Post by WykedHellFire » Sun Dec 30, 2007 10:18 pm

well I went to my friends house today and what do I see? a 1990 firebird the same color as my 88! it had a nice look to it and some logos on the bottom of the door. well I talked to my friend and found out that it's his cousin-in law's car. well turns out he has a 350 in it! damn does it sound mean!

I want!

350's are just stepping stones. 383's or 400's or 427's are the way to go ;)

Definitly gives you something to aim for.

14-15 on the highway is really easy.

a mild 350 or 305 build would give you some power and still maintain reasonable fuel economy. in all seriousness, 350hp is really really easy

i remember my old camaro ... 11mpg on the highway ... course the 383 and powerglide likely didn't help the milage ...

i wouldn't mind picking up a late 80's to early 90's camaro / firebird ... always did like that bodystyle ..

how is the aftermarket for replacement body and interior stuff on em? ... all that plastic is bound to crack and such after a while and look like shit.

I haven't looked too much into the aftermarket stuff but the guy that has the 350 said it's not that bad.

350's are cheap, and the rebuild kits are cheap too. You can get serious cheap power. I used cheap 3 times, I know.

Verrrry Nice. See sig.
