wheel spacers/ adapters??

Post by slaw » Sun Dec 30, 2007 11:05 pm

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RARE-WHE ... enameZWDVW
saw these on ebay and as usual the description was very vauge
to me it sounds like these are some sort of adapters to change the lug pattern
am i correct in asuming this cause ive never heard of such a product
but basically the reason im asking is that my brother has some mustang cobra rims with new tires sitting in my garage and hes not planning on using them so i was looking to put them on my car but theyre a different lug pattern and it would be nice to know that if i wanted i could put this adapter on my car

adapters have been around for a while ...

yes that is what those are .. but also a 1.25 inch spacer .. holy ... talk about messing up the offset .. but guess it would work if you already have a nice pair of slicks on a different bolt pattern ...

with a RWD rim .. and those spacers ... i bet it will end up sticking out of your wheel well by at least an inch if not more.
