srt wheel/tire

what is the best tire to put on srt wheel that are going on a non srt brand and # i.e 205/45/17?

45 series will rub, your better off with a 40.

technically, the best tire is the 205/50, because that size can be run on a 6" wide wheel (such as the SRT wheel). a 215/40 or 205/40 require a 7" wheel by wheel manufacturers recomendations.

However, many people have run the 215/40 or 205/40 size tire without a problem.

With that said... 215/40/17 is a dead on match for the OEM tire height.

ok right now i have 205 55 15 fuzion zri on my car now i like them on my car but im just wandering what would be the best for 17 rims?

i mean all those will work. i actually am running nankang(the real cheap brand 50 bucks a tire) tires right now because i needed new tires during christmas time and i was broke... i havent had any problem with them they are holding up great! so tire is really all up to you and how much you wanna spend and who you know.
