Same height, doesn't hang down any lower than the stocker.

You can reuse your stock gasket as it's made with rubber and can be reused as long as you don't damage it in pulling it off. I myself bought another gasket to play safe and the RTV is used to seal where I wanna say the bed plate meets the oil pump assembly. There is a little joint there where oil can seap out if RTV isn't used. It's like a liquid gasket that hardens into a rubber of sorts.
See now that's what I was after. I know it's gasket in a tube, but those locations to pay attention to are very important. Thanks J.
