Hey guys don't flame me on this i'm a previous srt 4 owner and had to sell my car a yr ago well not im on the process of doing an srt 4 swap into a 2nd gen, now i've been reading up on the swap and all the parts need but couldn't find my answer, my question is i see many swapping over the brake master cylinder and clutch cylinder, i just wanted to know why? sorry if it sounds dumb

The brake master cylinder I'm going to be changing over when I finally get my front SRT brakes on, because with it not there I won't have a firm pedal for the brakes (just not enough pressure for my liking without it.) Not exactly sure about the clutch other than it possibly having something to do with the different size transmissions.

when i did my swap i swapped the clutch cylinder cause its a hydraulic clutch instead of cable like on the original neons, the brake cylinder isnt nesscary but i didnt do the srt brake swap so my brake system is stock still, i will eventually end up doing a brake swap though. pretty much with the new brake cylinder yo just get the ABS

For the most part, just 2000.
The brake master cylinder isn't a must as you can get away with it on your master cylinder.
If you have a hydro clutch you might/should be able to get away with using your clutch master but the slave you will need to swap or buy the Rage-Tek hydro TOB.

I have a 2003 neon. Do I have a hydro clutch? Also, the slave cylinder connects to the transmission correct? Just around the cold side pipe right?
