2005 Dodge SRT4 and 2006 Monte SS - Orange and White

srt4boi505 and I took a trip up to the Tram and decided to snap some pics. The view is very nice up there, and it worked out very well for us. I am still learning the Canon 40D, but I am VERY HAPPY with the results today. These are the best pics I have taken yet, in my opinion. These were all Shot in the AV setting, with 100 ISO. One thing I did find out though, WHITE is very hard to image with lots of sun!

Gotta love the Captain Morgan pose and 10sec timer lol

Feel free to give your .02 on how to make the next photo shoot better for me, or whatever. Tips are always welcome

Unless you are looking for shadows and dark areas on the vehicles it helps to setup shots such that the sun is behind you. I find early morning and late in the day shots turn out rather well.

Yeah, the sun was a problem, and we thought about going out to shoot pics a bit late, and the spot was just a random though lol.

But yes, when i get my srt4 this weekend, I am gonna take it up there and shoot in the early AM.

i am using my Canon 40D with a 28mm-135mm lens. I am still very much a n00b with this setup, but I am quickly learning with it.

Hopefully I will have shots up soon with my srt4!

Monte Carlo SS' are now FWD and have an LS4 V8 Motor in them. I know its weird, but that car sounds good without mufflers... lol
