i own a 2005 neon all i have is a shortram intake on it and i am lookin for a few cheap ways to up my horsepower i am thinkin about exhaust and header upgrades but what else can i do???

A good cheap one would be to replace your short ram intake with a nice stock intake or perhaps a cold air intake. Please use the search this question has come up hundreds and hundreds of times before.

Spray is the most bang for the buck.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.
